We answer within two working days. For a booking you have already made — a change of date, a pickup address, a refund — contact the operator through the confirmation email they sent you. They hold the reservation; we do not.

- Accessibility questions, where the listing is unclear
What we cannot do
We are not the operator and not a booking agent. We cannot amend, cancel or refund a reservation, and we do not take payments. Every booking is made on the operator's own platform, under their terms.

Visitor centre: Monday to Saturday 9am–5pm, Sunday and public holidays 9am–4pm, closed Christmas Day. Cellar door hours are set by each estate.
